We are seeking an experienced Lead Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive large-scale, cross-functional technical initiatives within a complex, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record leading programs throughout their career and be comfortable navigating significant technical and organizational complexity.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic technical programs across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Drive alignment, planning, execution, risk management, and delivery of complex initiatives.
• Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to define priorities and ensure successful outcomes.
• Coordinate dependencies across organizations while maintaining visibility into program health and milestones.
• Utilize data, automation, and AI-enabled approaches to improve team effectiveness and program execution.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience serving as a Technical Program Manager in large-scale organizations.
• Demonstrated history of leading complex technical programs from inception through execution.
• Experience operating in environments with significant scale, technical complexity, and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication, prioritization, and organizational leadership skills.
• Ability to influence across teams without direct authority.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the streaming, media, entertainment, or digital content industry.
• Background working for large enterprise technology organizations facing high-scale operational challenges.
• Technical foundation that enables effective engagement with engineering teams and complex architectures.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools and technologies to improve productivity, decision-making, program management, or operational efficiency.
• Ability to articulate practical examples of how AI has been leveraged to enhance business outcomes.

• Ad tech domain knowledge, or demonstrated aptitude for learning a technology-based engineering domain
Required Education
• BA/BS or equivalent experience required
• Formal project management certifications preferred
