A full-time pharmacist opportunity is available for a contract assignment lasting approximately two months. This role supports the pharmacy team by providing critical order verification and dispensing services to address a current backlog. The position is located onsite in Lawrenceville, GA.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Georgia pharmacist license required
• Maryland pharmacist license is a plus but not mandatory
• Experience in order verification and pharmacy dispensing preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in pharmaceutical processes

Schedule:

• Initial training with current pharmacists totaling a minimum of 15 hours, scheduled within 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., consisting of several half-day shifts
• Following training, 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling available, including coverage across a 24/7 timeframe
• Opportunity to work additional hours beyond 40 per week if desired

Responsibilities:

• Perform order verification accurately and efficiently to support pharmacy operations
• Dispense medications in accordance with established protocols and patient safety standards
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure timely processing and alleviate backlog pressures
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and quality requirements
