Licensed Respiratory Therapist - Night Shift
Location: Port Huron, MI
Assignment Duration: This is a 10-week contract position.
Schedule: Night shift from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, 36 hours per week.
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and licensed Respiratory Therapist to join our Respiratory Department. The successful candidate will provide quality respiratory care and support to patients in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities:
- Administer respiratory therapy and provide treatment in alignment with best practices.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and families on respiratory health and treatments.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Active Respiratory Therapist license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
- Experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
