LPN Responsibilities Provide nursing care to assigned residents Administer medications and treatments Assist physicians with procedures as needed Reinforce healthcare instructions to residents and families Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary collaboration Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges Monitor and report changes in resident condition Maintain accurate documentation Maintain a safe and comfortable environment Assist with unit management or assume charge when assigned Qualifications Active LPN license in Pennsylvania Strong clinical assessment skills Effective communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment All candidates must pass pre-employment screening and PA Criminal Background Check.
