$95,000–$125,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)

As the Mobile Manager , you'll oversee all mobile service operations throughout the Pennsylvania region while leading a team of mobile diesel technicians focused on delivering exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and profitable growth.

Leadership

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of up to 15 mobile diesel technicians.
• Foster a culture built on accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and ongoing technician development.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop future technicians and field leaders.

Operations Management

• Oversee daily field operations, technician scheduling, and workload management
• Support technicians in the field by removing obstacles and ensuring successful job completion.
• Monitor technician productivity, utilization, efficiency, and Gross Profit per Technician (GPPT).
• Manage regional budgets, inventory, company assets, and operating expenses.

Customer & Safety Excellence

• Build strong relationships with fleet customers and ensure exceptional service experiences.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, OSHA requirements, and company safety policies.
• Conduct quality inspections, ride-alongs, and operational audits.
• Partner with customers to resolve issues quickly while maintaining high service standards.

Collaboration

• Partner with Operations, Parts, Human Resources, and Executive Leadership to achieve regional goals.
• Analyze operational KPIs and implement process improvements that increase profitability and efficiency.
• Support company growth initiatives and expansion throughout the Pennsylvania market.

We're looking for an experienced leader who enjoys developing people, solving operational challenges, and driving results through accountability and teamwork.

The ideal candidate has:

• Leadership experience within the heavy-duty diesel, fleet maintenance, or commercial truck service industry.
• Previous experience managing field service or mobile maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of heavy-duty truck maintenance, diagnostics, and repair operations.
• Experience managing operational metrics, technician productivity, budgets, and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of DOT regulations, OSHA requirements, and safety compliance.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships while supporting technicians in the field.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout the Pennsylvania territory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Diesel Technician.
• CDL license.
• Multi-location operations management experience.
• Experience leading mobile service operations within the heavy-duty truck industry.
