Water/Wastewater Estimator

To support critical infrastructure projects, the full-time remote Water/Wastewater Estimator will develop accurate quantity takeoffs, collaborate on bid strategies, and provide design build support while ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulations. Key responsibilities Reviews construction plans and specifications to produce detailed material quantity takeoffs for critical infrastructure projects Collaborates with sales and engineering teams to develop competitive bid strategies and supports design build projects Mentors associate estimators and provides ongoing training and support to estimating personnel Required qualifications 5+ years of estimation experience in water/wastewater treatment plant construction or critical infrastructure projects Proven ability to perform detailed material quantity takeoffs from construction plans Strong understanding of civil and mechanical infrastructure systems Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred Experience in design build, value engineering, or complex bid strategies is strongly preferred
