Registered Nurse, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Night Shift)ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse for our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in Eureka, California.Location: Eureka, CAAssignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.Schedule/Shift: This position requires working 3 night shifts (12 hours) from 18:00 to 06:00.Job Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse for our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care for neonates aged 29 weeks and above, particularly those in critical conditions. The nurse will manage various procedures including high-risk deliveries, stabilizing infants for transfer, and ensuring proper charting and documentation using the Epic system.ResponsibilitiesProvide care for neonates, including those > 34 weeks and 29-34 weeks.Attend high-risk deliveries and offer support for breastfeeding and handling of breast milk.Manage CPAP, UAC, and UVC lines.Administer ventilator management techniques (AC/PC/SIMV/CPAP/BIPAP/PEEP).Ensure thorough documentation using the Epic charting system.Required ExperienceMinimum of 2 years of experience in a NICU setting preferred.Previous charge experience is preferred.Certifications/LicensureValid RN License – Compact license must be in hand at submission.Certifications: BLS, NRP, and STABLE.About ARMStaffing: Founded in 2011 and a member of the ARGroup, LLC, ARMStaffing connects dedicated nurses and allied health professionals with the facilities that need them most.
