The cashier will input guest food and beverage selections, ensure that prices and quantities are accurate, accept payments, issue receipts, answer inquiries, and provide helpful information to guests regarding products carried, promotions available, or other location menu items. You will also respond to complaints and maintain a clean workspace.ResponsibilitiesGreets, directs and responds to guest questions and needs in a timely mannerManage transactions with customer using POS systemsInput all items being purchased accurately and ensure pricing is correctUnderstanding and know all price points at your venueResolve customer complaints. Must be able to guide guests and provide a relevant solution to an issueRedeem employee meal tickets and group meal vouchers properlyMonitor and maintain the MasGen systemsAssist Supervisors with monthly inventory count at your venuePOS problem solvingCash balancing/handling is a requirementEnsure the venue is always Show Ready (lights on, music on, fully cleaned, tvs turned on, fireplaces lit, etc.)Skills and QualificationsPrevious cash handling experienceFast-paced food prep experienceAttention to detailFamiliarity with electronic devices, like cash registers and POSAdaptabilityCustomer satisfaction centricStrong communication and time management skillsLevy is a member of Compass Group USA.
