You will provide training and regular supervision of assigned ATWs across all shifts, oversee employee relations and performance, and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations. Your responsibilities may include: Ensure a safe, trauma‑informed therapeutic milieu by maintaining an active presence, providing support, role modeling, coaching, and guidance. Foster team development by overseeing staff cohesiveness and functioning, including orientation and ongoing team development. Monitor and ensure staff provides continuous supervision of clients, maintain adequate staff ratios per licensing and accreditation requirements. Ensure staff interactions and evidence‑based interventions with clients are professional and promote recovery. Enforce rules, policies, and regulations of the therapeutic milieu. Utilize and oversee proper use of crisis de‑escalation and physical restraint interventions in accordance with agency policy. Participate in program development, implementation of changes, and work procedures. Provide guidance to ATWs in resolving conflicts in the cottages. Assist with planning and supervising activities for residents and manage related receipts. Maintain confidentiality of information about youth and families in compliance with HIPAA. Work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, holidays, and floating on‑call responsibilities. Who We're Looking For Dependable Team‑Oriented Service‑Focused Professional Positive Committed to Helping Others Compassionate Patient Qualifications At least two (2) years of college or a high school diploma/GED. Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or a related field, preferred. One year of work experience with vulnerable, at‑risk youth. Three (3) years plus experience working in a youth treatment setting and two (2) years supervisory experience.
