Mandatory local laws shall also prevail. Responsibilities: Coordinates task sequencing and resource allocation to optimize workflow efficiency and meet service targets. Monitors installation performance and system outputs to identify trends and initiate corrective actions. Evaluates technical discrepancies and documentation gaps to improve controls and reduce recurrence. Facilitates adherence to installation procedures and safety standards across operations. Resolves complex technical issues using structured troubleshooting methods and escalates when required. Instructs team members on installation practices and technical standards to improve execution quality and continuity. High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required. Associate’s degree in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, electronics, mechanical systems, facilities maintenance, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred. 3+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, or a related field required. Certification in maintenance, technical operations, or equipment handling, or equivalent preferred.
