Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member

You will build meaningful customer relationships, identify insurance needs, and recommend appropriate products and services. The ideal candidate is a licensed insurance professional who is fluent in both English and Spanish, comfortable discussing sales opportunities, and committed to providing knowledgeable, ethical, and attentive service. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and agency growth. Conduct insurance and financial‑services reviews to identify customer needs and coverage opportunities. Recommend, explain, and sell appropriate insurance products to new and existing customers. Follow up with warm leads, cold leads, and current customers to uncover additional opportunities. Assist customers with policy questions, billing concerns, coverage updates, and other service needs. Coordinate with agency team members to resolve complex customer concerns. Maintain accurate customer records and document follow‑up activities. Meet individual and agency sales goals. Provide professional service in both English and Spanish. Follow all applicable insurance regulations, licensing requirements, and agency procedures. Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish is required. Active California Property and Casualty license is required. Active California Life and Health license is required. Previous insurance sales or account management experience is preferred. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals. Comfortable initiating sales conversations and asking for the business. Strong communication, relationship‑building, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple customer needs and follow‑up responsibilities. Commitment to ethical sales practices and exceptional customer service.
