Bench Sales Representative

Responsibilities:Develop knowledge of company's product, services and what makes MPR different from our competitorsAssist with finalizing existing proposals and quotes ensuring customers' needs and product requests are metResponsible for prospecting an assigned territory to achieve sales and company growthSupport Sales by assisting w/returning phone calls, emails and answering pricing questionsAssist with the development of training materials Assist VP, Sales with duties, tasks and /or projects as assignedOrdering Company Qualifications:Strong interpersonal and communication skillsStrong problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail skills Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills with ability to multi -taskBachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing, or related field preferred Compensation:HourlyNon- Commission Benefits:37-hour work week (3/4 day on Fridays)Include medical, dental, vision, life, and 401(k)MPR is an EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY/AFFIRMATIVE ACTION employer – Minority/Female/Disability/Veteran
