A Machine Tool Manufacturer is seeking a professional and highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Hauppauge, NY. This is a full-time position, working directly with a dedicated team of five individuals, providing essential support as a current team member relocates out of state. Accurately process customer orders, inquiries, and requests. Communicate effectively and professionally with clients to provide product information, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction. Collaborate closely with internal departments (e.g., sales, production, shipping) to facilitate smooth operations and resolve customer concerns. Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in our system. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for various administrative tasks and data management. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience. Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
