Physicist for AI Model Training (High Energy / Mathematical Physics)

Role Overview
Apply advanced high energy and mathematical physics expertise to produce, verify, and adjudicate research-level solutions that train and evaluate next-generation AI systems. The work concentrates on holography and AdS/CFT methods, on-shell gravitational actions, and Weyl anomaly structures in boundary dimensions up to d <= 8.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze research-level problems in AdS/CFT correspondence and holographic dualities.
- Formulate and verify on-shell gravitational action calculations within Fefferman-Graham gauge frameworks.
- Perform and check complex tensor algebra involving boundary curvature invariants, including results in dimensions up to eight.
- Develop, review, or adjudicate solutions and benchmarks related to holographic Weyl anomalies and associated mathematical physics questions.
- Contribute domain knowledge that will be used to train and evaluate AI systems, serving in roles such as Solver, Auditor, or Adjudicator depending on subfield fit and demonstrated hands-on experience.
- Advanced expertise in high energy theory or mathematical physics, with direct experience in AdS/CFT and holographic dualities.
- Hands-on experience with on-shell gravitational actions and Fefferman-Graham expansion techniques.
- Extensive familiarity with Weyl anomalies and higher-dimensional boundary curvature invariants, through d <= 8.
- Strong command of tensor algebra, differential geometry, and the technical tools used in holographic calculations.
- Ability to communicate complex scientific ideas clearly in written and verbal form.
- No prior experience in AI is required, domain knowledge is the primary qualification.
- Role type, independent contractor, remote.
- Engagement centers on current research topics in holography, AdS/CFT, and Weyl anomalies through boundary dimensions up to eight.
- Candidates may be placed on one or more assignment types, including Solver, Auditor, or Adjudicator, based on subfield fit and proven experience.
- Pay range: 80 to 160 USD per hour.
- This is a contractor engagement conducted remotely. Candidates must be able to accept work as independent contractors under the laws and regulations applicable to their location.
