What You'll Be Doing:- Lead and inspire a dynamic kitchen team in a bustling fine dining setting
- Ensure top-notch food quality and maintain impeccable cleanliness standards
- Craft unforgettable dining experiences with your culinary skills
- Efficiently manage staff scheduling to meet high sales volumes
- Delight our guests with exceptional service and delicious meals
- 2-3 years of experience in restaurant executive chef management
- Adept in scratch cooking with a focus on Mediterranean flavors
- Proven ability to handle high-volume kitchens
- Some corporate experience to leverage systems knowledge is a plus
