Production Manager Location: Iowa City, IA Position Type: Full-Time, Day Shift Salary/Pay Rate: $80,000 - $85,000 Position Overview Are you an experienced manufacturing supervisor ready to step into a full management role? Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and track daily production logs. Qualifications 2+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing setting (e.g., Manager, Line Supervisor, or Coordinator). Strong communication skills with a natural ability to motivate a small team. Hands‑on mentality—you enjoy being out on the floor, not trapped in an office all day. Basic computer skills for tracking production data and schedules. Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
