Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (RN) for BOTH Illinois and Indiana
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Must have reliable transportation
