Qualifications Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (RN) for BOTH Illinois and Indiana Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
