Communication Desk Assistant

On-Site role

Job Description:

• Schedule and coordinate safety presentations for schools and community events.
• Maintain event calendars/logs, program metrics, and activity records.
• Collect, enter, and track customer survey results and feedback.
• Prepare, organize, and mail program/safety awareness materials.
• Serve as a backup presenter for virtual student presentations.
• Communicate with schools, community organizations, customers, and internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Education, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable using virtual meeting platforms such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
