Security Guard

Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Security Guard position. Under minimal direct supervision, this role ensures the security and safety of the community by patrolling the buildings and grounds and monitoring the gatehouse. Provides support during the evening and night hours for residents and team members. Requirements The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Prior security and/or emergency response experience is preferred Must be eligible to obtain a Security Guard Certification, if employed in the state of Maryland (or obtain within the 3-month introductory period) CPR, AED, & first aid certification (or obtain within the 3-month introductory period) Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license Team members are eligible for a generous benefit package including health benefits (medical, prescription, dental and vision), flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability programs, 401(k) plan (with 4% company match after one year of employment), paid time off and holidays, and much more!
