Quality inspector

job summary:
Quality Inspector needed for maintenance work on transmission and distribution infrastructure. In this role you will assess the state of existing towers and lines in order to determine when mainenance is needed and oversee any corrective work tasks. A strong understanding of transmission line structures and a safety or quality background is needed.

• Represent the client in inspecting and assessing utility infrastructure upgrades and replacement needs alongside inspectors and repair crews for towers, poles, concrete, foundation, and paint
  
  
  
• Coordinate contract crews & verify work is being performed and scheduled based on urgency

• Assist program managers with validating invoicing, completing documentation, and reporting as needed

• Verify crews are following safety and environmental practices
  
  
  
• Communicating with landowners as needed to mitigate any concerns

• Experience level: Experienced
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Education: High School
