What if your next job was about more than a paycheck?

At Sponsler Donley Ford of Ashland, we're looking for an Automotive Customer Advocate who wants to help people, build meaningful relationships, grow personally and professionally, and be part of something bigger.

A vehicle is more than a vehicle. It's how people get to work, take care of their families, pursue their goals, and move forward in life. Our job is to help them get there.

What You'll Do

• Connect with customers, listen to their needs, and help them find the right vehicle.
• Create a buying experience built on trust, transparency, and genuine care.
• Educate customers about vehicles, technology, pricing, and options.
• Guide customers through the purchase process from test drive to delivery.
• Build lasting relationships that create repeat business and referrals.
• Work with an amazing team and continuously develop your skills.

Who We're Looking For

Experience is helpful. Character is essential.

You may be a great fit if you:

• Enjoy helping people and building relationships.
• Are curious, coachable, and eager to learn.
• Communicate well and know how to listen.
• Take ownership and follow through.
• Want to grow personally, professionally, and financially.
• Believe you can succeed without sacrificing your integrity.

No automotive experience required. We'll teach you the business. We can't teach you to care.

What We Offer

$42,000 Starting Salary + Achievement Bonuses

Plus:

• 401(k) with employer match
• Health, dental, vision & life insurance
• Supplemental insurance options
• Employee discounts
• Training & professional development
• A supportive team environment
• Opportunity to build a real career

Why This Role?

We're not looking for someone who simply wants to sell cars.

We're looking for someone who wants to make an impact, become better every day, and help people along the way.

If you're looking for a place where purpose comes before profit, people come before transactions, and your growth matters, we'd love to meet you.
