We are a growing pool construction company committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship, outstanding customer service, and safe, high-quality installations. Our team specializes in new pool construction, renovations, electrical installations, automation, lighting, and equipment upgrades.

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, improve efficiency, and help drive continued growth.

Position Summary:

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position serves as the bridge between the owner, office, field teams, customers, and leadership, ensuring efficient communication, accountability, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations for pool construction.
• Manage and coordinate project schedules, field crews, subcontractors, and equipment.
• Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Lead, mentor, and support field supervisors, technicians, and office staff.
• Develop and improve operational processes to increase productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular project reviews and job site inspections.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, local building codes, and company safety policies.
• Resolve operational challenges quickly while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Work closely with sales, estimating, and customer service teams to ensure smooth project transitions.
• Manage pool project's inventory, equipment and material procurement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of operations or project management experience in construction, pool construction, electrical contracting, or a related industry.
• MUST have experience or extensive knowledge of all stages of pool construction, pool construction lingo, and or experience working for a pool construction company.
• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience reading construction plans and project specifications.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management or scheduling software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of permitting, inspections, and construction scheduling.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and operational reporting.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
