Location: Hutchinson, KS
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 7:30am – 5:00pm
Enjoy a four-day work week with Fridays, evenings, and weekends free.
Compensation
- Hourly Rate: $40/hour
- Annualized Compensation: Approximately $75,000/year based on the current schedule
Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join a well-established dental practice in Hutchinson, Kansas. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, patient-centered preventive dental care
- Perform dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling, and preventive hygiene procedures
- Conduct periodontal evaluations and oral cancer screenings
- Take and process dental radiographs
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive treatment recommendations
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
- Collaborate closely with the dentist and clinical team to ensure outstanding patient outcomes
- Maintain infection control standards and support efficient clinical operations
Qualifications
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of Kansas
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for patient education and preventive dentistry
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented practice
