If you enjoy helping others and want meaningful work with a supportive local office, we would love to meet you.Our caregivers provide non-medical, one-on-one assistance that helps clients of all ages and abilities remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.What You'll DoProvide companionship and meaningful social engagementAssist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toiletingAssist clients with mobility and transfers using safe techniquesPrepare meals and provide medication remindersPerform light housekeeping and laundryAssist with errands and transportation when included in the client's care planFollow individualized care plans and company safety proceduresCommunicate professionally with clients, family members, and the office teamArrive on time and provide dependable care for scheduled shiftsRespond appropriately during emergencies and promptly contact the appropriate emergency services and office personnelWho We're Looking ForKind, patient, compassionate, and respectfulDependable and punctualComfortable working independently in clients' homesStrong and professional communicatorsAble to follow an individualized care planWilling to assist clients with personal care and mobility needsPassionate about helping older adults and others who need supportPrevious caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
