Position Summary
The Marketing & Brand Designer serves as the primary creative lead for Admissions, Dual Enrollment, Homeschool Admissions, and Bryan College Online marketing initiatives. This position is responsible for developing and executing visual marketing campaigns, creating high-quality print and digital communications, supporting institutional branding efforts, and helping communicate Bryan College’s identity as a Premier Christian College.
The Marketing & Brand Designer collaborates closely with the Director of Marketing, Admissions, Bryan College Online, and campus departments to develop compelling visual communications that support enrollment growth, strengthen brand awareness, and advance institutional priorities. The position also supports executive communications, institutional initiatives, and campus-wide branding efforts through the creation of professional marketing materials, presentations, and publications.
Reports to: Director of Marketing and Communications
Education Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience Required
5+ years of professional graphic design, marketing, branding, or visual communications experience.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and related applications).
Experience designing for both print and digital marketing channels.
Strong understanding of branding, visual identity systems, and marketing communications.
Familiarity with website content management systems, email marketing platforms, and digital marketing best practices.
Experience designing executive presentations, reports, and institutional communications preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex creative projects from concept through production.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.

Duties
Enrollment Marketing & Campaign Design
Serve as the primary designer for Admissions, Dual Enrollment, Homeschool Admissions, and Bryan College Online marketing initiatives.
Design and produce recruitment campaigns across print and digital channels.
Create admissions publications, brochures, viewbooks, flyers, postcards, and recruitment collateral.
Develop campaign creative for enrollment events, visits, open houses, and student recruitment efforts.
Support lead-generation and enrollment campaigns through creative design and visual storytelling.
Collaborate with Admissions and Bryan College Online staff to ensure marketing materials support enrollment goals.
Brand Management & Creative Services
Implement and uphold Bryan College brand standards across all assigned projects.
Develop templates, visual assets, and branded resources for campus use.
Support institutional branding initiatives and brand consistency efforts.
Design campus signage, banners, displays, and environmental graphics.
Assist in maintaining and organizing brand assets, logos, templates, and style guides.
Ensure visual consistency across print, digital, and promotional materials.
Digital Marketing & Communications
Design graphics for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
Create visual assets for social media campaigns in collaboration with the Social Media Lead.
Develop digital advertising creative for enrollment and institutional campaigns.
Design email templates and supporting graphics for marketing initiatives.
Assist with website design updates and user experience improvements as needed.
Publications & Print Production
Design admissions and institutional publications.
Prepare files for commercial printing and digital distribution.
Coordinate with vendors and printers to ensure quality production standards.
Manage multiple print projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Support major institutional marketing initiatives through creative production.
Manage and produce high-quality print and digital marketing materials in support of institutional priorities, enrollment initiatives, special events, and campus departments.
Ensure all materials meet Bryan College brand standards, quality expectations, and project deadlines.
Executive Communications & Presentation Design
Design and produce branded reports, presentations, slide decks, and executive communications for the President’s Office, executive leadership, Board presentations, special events, and institutional initiatives.
Develop visually compelling presentations that effectively communicate strategic goals, institutional performance, fundraising outcomes, enrollment initiatives, and college priorities.
Maintain consistency with Bryan College branding across executive and leadership communications.
Project Coordination
Coordinate design projects within assigned enrollment marketing areas.
Assist with project planning, production schedules, and creative timelines.
Manage assigned requests through the departmental ticketing system.
Communicate project progress and deadlines with stakeholders.
Collaborate with photographers, videographers, writers, and external vendors as needed.
Collaboration & Professional Development
Work closely with the Director of Marketing on strategic marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with Admissions, Bryan College Online, Athletics, Student Development, Advancement, and campus departments.
Support social media initiatives through collaboration with the Social Media Lead.
Participate in planning meetings, brainstorming sessions, and campaign development.
Pursue professional development opportunities in graphic design, branding, digital marketing, and higher education marketing.
