Responsibilities Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process — from initial greeting to final delivery Match customers with the right new or pre‑owned vehicle to fit their lifestyle and budget Build strong relationships by providing a transparent, customer‑focused experience before and after the sale Follow up with leads and prospects to develop a strong book of business Collaborate with the Finance and Service departments to ensure customer satisfaction Stay current on Chevrolet models, features, technology, and industry trends Set goals and hit objectives set by GM, Parsons of Eagle River, and yourself Qualifications Sales experience a plus Dependable and motivated candidate with a strong work ethic A self‑starter mentality and ambitious spirit Ready to waste no time learning new product, eager to improve Strong communication skills with customers and team members Professional, well‑groomed personal appearance Available to work flexible hours and days including Saturdays (5‑day work week.
