Job Responsibilities

• Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs to create innovative and personalized therapy plans to help them achieve their functional objectives
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methodologies to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and everyday living activities
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, holistic treatment
• Educate Patients and Their Families: Provide instruction and resources to patients and caregivers about therapeutic techniques to promote ongoing progress at home
• Track Progress and Adjust Plans: Monitor clinical outcomes, making necessary adjustments to ensure patients remain on the right path

Education & Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Support for continued education and post-graduate certifications

Licenses & Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
