Job Overview

Arbors at Ridges Assisted Living is located on the Ebenezer Ridges Burnsville Campus near Fairview Ridges Hospital. Arbors at Ridges offers 62 breathtaking apartments. The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for ensuring that the safety and health needs of the senior residents are met. Supported by our DHS Nurse and Regional Nurse, plus compassionate resident assistants who are trained to pass medications.

This full-time nursing schedule includes:

• 64 hours every two weeks
• Day/Evening 8-hour shifts during the week
• Every third weekend. Day shift

Responsibilities

• Implements new and updates current resident care plan
• Coordinates resident health services with internal/external providers and getting orders as needed
• Handles and supervises timely and accurate medication and treatment administration
• Acts as support to Director of Health Services to fill in as RN on call during scheduled times
• Monitors work and performance of licensed and unlicensed staff

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing
• Less than 1 year of nursing experience
• MN Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Basic Life Support (American Heart Assoc or Red Cross)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Nursing
• 1 year of nursing experience
• Prior supervisory experience
• Prior experience in home care or an assisted living environment
