Senior Health Care Litigation Counsel (In‑House)

CVS Health is seeking an in-house Senior Counsel to join the Litigation Team and support provider litigation matters for the Aetna business unit. The Senior Counsel will collaborate with clients, colleagues in Legal, outside counsel, and government agencies to advance business objectives and protect the company’s image.
The role emphasizes managing discovery, court proceedings and arbitrations, with opportunities to take on substantive and administrative responsibilities and grow within the CVS
