What You’ll Do

• Assemble & Build: Precision-assemble electronic components using clear blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

• Tool Work: Utilize specialized hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.

• Quality Assurance: Inspect, test, and troubleshoot finished products to ensure top-notch quality before shipping.

• Collaborate: Work alongside a supportive team to meet daily production goals while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience or Aptitude: Prior electronic/mechanical assembly experience is a plus, but we are happy to train candidate with mechanical aptitude!

• Detail-Oriented: Great dexterity, comfortable working with small parts, and a pride-in-ownership mindset.

• Tech-Minded: Ability to read written instructions, basic schematics, and work independently.

• Reliability: Work ethic, dependable attendance, and an eagerness to grow.

Responsibilities

• Assembling electronic components, circuit boards, and devices according to work instructions, blueprints, or schematics.
• Reading and interpreting assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Soldering electronic components using hand soldering equipment (through-hole and/or surface-mount, depending on the role).
• Installing wires, cables, connectors, switches, and other electrical components.
• Using hand and power tools to complete assemblies.
• Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Performing functional testing using equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, or other testing devices.
• Identifying and reporting defects or quality issues and making minor repairs or rework when needed.
• Maintaining accurate production records and documentation.
• Following safety procedures, including electrostatic discharge (ESD) protocols when handling sensitive electronic components.
• Keeping workstations clean and organized according to workplace standards.
