We're currently looking for 6:00pm- 6:30am, working a 2-2-3 schedule.What You Will Do:As a Coke Florida Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for first line supervision for mechanics and electricians who maintain production line equipment within the production facility. Responsible for manufacturing product using efficient and safe manufacturing processes through the supervision of production team members. Must adhere to the schedule and ensure that quality standards are met.Roles and Responsibilities:Responsible for troubleshooting and providing immediate preventative and corrective maintenance support to production lines and facilitating change-overTroubleshoot equipment problems and perform immediate repairs and preventative maintenance on equipmentOverhaul and install new equipmentRebuild and fabricate partsPerform facility maintenance and maintain clean and safe work areaGenerate parts request to ensure adequate inventoryGenerate and complete work orders as assignedPerform equipment change-overs and production line set upsFor this role, you will need:At least 1 year of industrial maintenance experience requiredPrevious experience within high-speed industrial environmentDemonstrated mechanical and technical aptitudeBasic computer skillsAbility to follow manufacturers' specifications and schematicsRequired to supply hand toolsAdditional qualifications that will make you successful in this role:EET/MET or Mechatronics degree preferred5+ years of mechanical/electrical experience highly preferredPrior diagnostic/troubleshooting and preventative maintenance experience preferredProgrammable Logic Control (PLC) knowledge highly preferredMill and Lathe experience is preferredTPM maintenance knowledge and abilities preferredSAP experience preferredPrevious Front-Line Leadership preferredThis job description is not an exhaustive list of all functions that the employee may be required to perform, and the employee may be required to perform additional functions.
