As an Insurance Producer, you will generate new business, manage an active book of clients, and provide expert guidance on insurance products. This role is ideal for a driven professional who excels in consultative sales, relationship building, and proactive client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects through referrals, networking, digital outreach, and community involvement.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored insurance solutions to individuals and businesses.
• Deliver policies and educate clients on coverage details, benefits, exclusions, and service expectations.
• Manage renewals, identify coverage gaps, and recommend upgrades or additional products.
• Build long-term relationships with clients, carriers, and underwriters to support retention and cross‐selling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory and agency standards.
• Meet or exceed production goals and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active state insurance license required (Life & Health).
• 3–5 years of insurance sales or related client-facing experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
• Service-oriented mindset with the ability to build trust and rapport.
• Excellent critical thinking, follow-through, and organizational abilities.
