This full-time contract role runs from September 29, 2026, to June 9, 2027, with some flexibility for part-time schedules. You’ll play a vital role on campus, working closely with students, educators, and families to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current IL Professional Educator License with SLP endorsement
• Valid Illinois SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
• Experience or interest in school-based practice, preferably at the middle school level
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt service delivery for onsite-only caseloads

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload, averaging around 45 middle school students
• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to deliver student-centered support
• Serve one or potentially multiple school sites, depending on final assignments
• Maintain accurate records and compliance with state and district guidelines
• Support bilingual and English-speaking students to maximize educational access
