You will play a key role in providing comprehensive, high-quality patient care within a dynamic clinic setting at Community Memorial Hospital. Our LPNs are integral to assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for diverse patient populations and their families. This direct patient care role offers a unique opportunity to grow your medical career.Every day you will perform essential nursing duties, including general and specialty-specific nursing care, obtaining and documenting detailed health histories, vital signs, and health risk factors. You will execute prescribed treatments, administer medications, perform routine tests like injections, treat wounds, and manage bandages. A core part of your role involves patient education on health maintenance and acute/chronic condition management, along with meticulous documentation in medical records. You'll actively participate in multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care processes and track quality assurance data for optimal acute and chronic care management.To be successful in this role, you will need strong foundational knowledge in nursing procedures, excellent communication skills (both written and oral), basic math proficiency, and computer literacy are essential.
