RRT - Registered Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking qualified and compassionate Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRTs) to join our network and support patients across diverse clinical settings. As a Respiratory Therapist with Empro Staffing, you will deliver respiratory care services, assessing patients, administering treatments, monitoring progress, and collaborating with medical teams to improve respiratory health outcomes. Shift Options 7AM-7PM (Day) 7PM-7AM (Overnight) Pay Rate: $63 per hour Responsibilities Conduct respiratory assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans. Administer respiratory therapies such as oxygen, aerosol medications, and ventilator support. Monitor and evaluate patient responses to therapies and adjust care plans accordingly. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care. Provide patient and family education on respiratory care and equipment. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of treatments and patient progress. Adhere to infection control policies and safety guidelines. Qualifications Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential and active state license. Certification by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). Experience in clinical respiratory therapy preferred. Strong communication and critical thinking skills. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
