You will supervise staff in the absence of the Dining Room Manager and ensure courteous service that exceeds residents' expectations. Responsibilities include seating residents, coordinating staffing, maintaining POS records, and collaborating with the Executive Chef on issues related to food, staffing or service. #J-18808-Ljbffr
