Role & Summary of Responsibilities Keys to success: Be passionate about patient care, problem-solving, open to learn new skills, not afraid of a high paced environment and being a team player. This role will be assisting our locations in Woodbridge, Morristown and Morris County, NJ . What you'll do Greet registered patients upon their visit, triage patients through the patient flow process, and ensure a smooth experience. Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of clinical equipment, promptly escalating issues to the supervisor. Answer phones, emails, respond to inquiries, and triage calls to appropriate personnel. Fulfill clerical responsibilities, such as sending/receiving/scanning medical records, obtaining diagnostic reports and managing the charting process. Collect co-payments, update EMR system, insurance verification. Qualifications High School diploma or GED. Minimum of one year of experience as a Medical Receptionist preferred. Customer service-oriented mindset.
