It is a tough job, but a right fit if you want to work hard, are coachable, and not afraid to work weekends and some holidays. Your day will include following up with prospective customers, maintaining the sales database, presenting products to customers, and researching the area competition. Qualifications No new homes sales experience required. Preferred: a proven track record of at least two (2) successful years of sales experience. Must provide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional communication skills—both one-on-one and in front of large groups. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver’s license. A valid Real Estate License is required.
