Executive Creative DirectorThe Executive Creative Director will lead the creative vision across Piping Rock Health Products' portfolio of brands, ensuring every consumer touchpoint reflects a cohesive, modern, and compelling brand experience. Our portfolio includes vitafusion®, L'il Critters®, Nature's Truth®, Natural Vitality® CALM®, NeoCell®, Rainbow Light®, and Renew Life®. This role is responsible for translating business strategy into breakthrough creative that drives brand growth across packaging, retail, digital, social, ecommerce, and shopper marketing.Working closely with the Vice President of Marketing & Communications and partnering with the Director of Content Studio, the Group Creative Director will develop brand strategies, creative platforms, key visuals, and integrated campaigns while aligning the Packaging, Creative, and Content teams around a unified vision. This leader will champion innovation, elevate creative excellence, and ensure consistency across all wholesale marketing initiatives and consumer-facing communications.Key Responsibilities:Lead the overall creative vision and strategy across all company brands.Oversee the conceptualization of integrated campaign concepts, key visuals, and brand platforms.Align Packaging, Creative, and Content teams through scalable design systems and standardizing brief intake workflows.Partner with Marketing, Product Development, Sales, and Executive Leadership to bring business strategies to life through creative.Provide creative leadership for wholesale marketing, retail activations, shopper marketing, ecommerce, social, and experiential campaigns.Identify emerging consumer, design, and cultural trends to keep brands modern and competitive.Champion the adoption of creative tech, AI workflows, and DAM to drive cross brand scaling.Establish resource prioritization to balance high impact flagship campaigns with high volume requests.Mentor and inspire a high-performing creative organization while fostering collaboration and innovation.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, or related field.10+ years of progressive creative leadership experience, preferably in CPG or retail.Proven experience leading integrated brand campaigns across multiple channels.Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, creative excellence, and brand development.Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.We proudly offer: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with Company Match, Pet insurance and more!We reward the hard work of our team members with fun and exciting company events, Summer Picnic, Festive Packages, Holiday Celebrations, and associate referral bonuses!Founded in 2011, Piping Rock Health Products has gone on to win Long Island's Top Workplaces Award 6 years in a row & securing the spot as Top Supplement Manufacturing Company 2024 by Food Business Review!
