Gastroenterology opening in Blue Springs, MOLocated in Blue Springs, MO - Kansas City 20 miles, Overland Park 35 milesFull-time; PermanentPrivate Practice Overview: Seeking General or Advanced Gastroenterologist Join busy, established private practice with immediate patient volume Opportunity for partnership after one year Ability to practice at top of training with strong procedural volume Ownership opportunity in ambulatory surgery center
Clinical Details: Mix of inpatient and outpatient gastroenterology Perform diagnostic and therapeutic GI procedures ERCP experience preferred but not required Call schedule: approximately 1:8 Practice based at single location High-volume practice with no ramp-up period Compensation & Benefits: Guaranteed salary in year one Transition to full production model in year two and beyond CME allowance Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Malpractice provided Requirements: MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology Eligible for Missouri medical license ERCP skills preferred Strong clinical and procedural skills About the Area:Blue Springs is part of the Kansas City metropolitan area and offers a suburban lifestyle with easy access to a major city.
