Key Responsibilities of the RN - PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care

• Provide specialized nursing care to pediatric patients in the intensive care unit
• Monitor vital signs and administer medications as prescribed
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate families on patient care and treatment options
• Respond to emergencies and provide interventions as required

Requirements of the RN - PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• Current CPR and PALS certifications
• Experience in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) setting is preferred
