About the Role
The Company is seeking a Business Unit Manager with a focus on high-growth digital clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving administrative, operational, reporting, and quality improvements through internal partnerships. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of financial control, including Profit and Loss, client allocations, and the impact of various financial contracts. The Business Unit Manager will also be tasked with managing cross-product technology, regulatory and administrative duties, and executing vendor management activities. Additionally, the role involves providing oversight of business critical milestone reporting, ensuring accurate headcount and resource management, and working with technology leadership to support the business people and communication strategy. Applicants for the Business Unit Manager position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in financial services, with a preference for those holding a Master's degree. The role demands experience in global and complex settings, a strong knowledge of the financial services industry and technology, and a proven ability to work effectively in diverse, high-pressure environments. The ideal candidate will have a track record of clear and concise communication, both written and verbal, and the ability to work in a team with diverse skill sets and cultures. Responsibilities also include appropriately assessing risks in business decisions and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
