Latitude is seeking an experienced Interim Compliance Officer for a fully remote, contract engagement with a leading specialty pharmacy. The role offers a path toward permanent hire and reports to executive leadership and the Board Compliance Committee. You will lead the enterprise compliance program, supervise a team, oversee privacy and regulatory affairs, licensing across states, auditing, investigations, CAPAs, and policy training, while partnering with Legal, HR, Quality, IT and business #J-18808-Ljbffr Latitude
