The position offers a hybrid workstyle—on-site Mon–Thu—working closely with cross‑functional teams. Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics Responsibilities: Lead initiatives to develop and enhance integrated marketing measurement and testing frameworks supporting business decisions. Proactively deliver insights and recommendations that influence marketing channel strategies across various platforms. Collaborate with data teams to adopt advanced analytical techniques and operationalize models. Drive comprehensive analysis of marketing campaigns, site performance, and channel attribution. Develop and communicate strategic findings to senior stakeholders, ensuring data literacy across teams. Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics Qualifications: Over ten years of experience in data analysis, data science, or strategic marketing analytics demonstrating substantial business impact. Advanced proficiency in SQL and knowledge of statistical languages such as Python or R. Extensive experience with marketing channels including email, paid search, and paid media. Deep expertise with attribution modeling, including MMM and MTA, and LTV prediction capabilities.
