Make a meaningful impact each day by supporting K–12 students as a Speech Language Pathologist in vibrant Southwest Florida. This contract opportunity offers both full-time and part-time options—up to 35 hours per week—and you’ll work onsite at a single school within Golden Gate City or Immokalee. The role begins August 11, 2026, and concludes May 27, 2027.

Leverage your expertise as you provide direct speech-language services and conduct evaluations that foster student growth. Imagine collaborating with dedicated educators to help students discover their voices and gain new confidence in the classroom.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Current, active Florida Department of Health SLP licensure
• Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children, K–12
• Familiarity with school-based evaluation and intervention processes
• Effective communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate well with teachers, families, and other professionals
• Compliance with background and fingerprinting requirements (those with previously cleared prints available via AHCA Clearinghouse may expedite the process)

Core responsibilities include:

• Delivering individualized and group speech-language therapy to students
• Conducting comprehensive assessments and re-evaluations
• Documenting progress and maintaining compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
• Collaborating with IEP teams to help students achieve measurable progress
• Supporting school staff with strategies for student success
