Champions Forest Animal Customer Service RepresentativeThe Champions Forest Animal Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service while supporting the medical team in a fast paced veterinary clinic environment. This role is responsible for scheduling appointments, managing client communications, processing payments, and ensuring a welcoming and organized experience for both clients and their pets.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet clients and patients warmly in person and over the phoneSchedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficientlyAnswer questions regarding clinic services, procedures, pricing, and policiesProcess payments, invoices, and insurance documentation accuratelyMaintain accurate client and patient recordsTriage incoming calls, e-mails, and messagesCoordinate communication between veterinarians, technicians, and clientsMaintain clinic aesthetics by keeping a clean, organized, and welcoming spaceAdhere to clinic policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirementsWe are a small clinic, all our employees are cross-trained, you will receive hands on animal training to be able to jump in wherever and whenever needed during the day to ensure daily operations run smoothly.QualificationsExperience in a Veterinary Clinic or animal care settingKnowledge of common veterinary terminology and servicesBilingual is a plus - not requiredAbility to sit and stand for extended periods of timeComfort working around animals of varying sizes and temperaments, including exotic animalsEmotional resilience when dealing with injured, sick, or grieving pets and their owners
