Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,119 per week

Job Description & Requirements Position: Outpatient Physical Therapist (Travel) Location: Sugar Land, Texas Duration: 13 weeks (travel) Hours: 40 hours per week, 8‑hour days Shift: Days (standard clinic hours) with some early morning or evening appointments as needed Employment Type: Travel In this role, you will evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient caseload that may include orthopedic conditions, post‑operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, spine disorders, work‑related injuries, and general musculoskeletal impairments. Your responsibilities include performing comprehensive assessments, developing individualized plans of care, providing manual therapy and therapeutic exercise interventions, incorporating modalities and functional training, coordinating care with referring physicians and other healthcare providers, documenting progress in the clinic’s EMR system, and educating patients and families. Participation in specialty programs, community outreach, or performance‑based initiatives is possible and encouraged.
