Immediate need for a talented Quality Outreach Coordinator . This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in US (Remote) . Key Responsibilities: Contact high-risk members and providers to close care gaps Support seasonal outreach campaigns Key Requirements and Technology Experience: At least 2 years of healthcare experience in a managed care, medical office, or healthcare facility setting Knowledge of medical terminology HEDIS knowledge Claims knowledge Our client is a leading Healthcare Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
