RBT Bilingüe (Español/Inglés) – Elgin, TX

Olive Branch ABA está buscando un Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) bilingüe en español e inglés para brindar servicios ABA individualizados en Elgin, Texas .

Nuestro equipo trabaja con niños y adolescentes con autismo, ayudándolos a desarrollar habilidades de comunicación, sociales, conductuales y de la vida diaria.

Responsabilidades:

Proporcionar terapia ABA individualizada.
Implementar planes de tratamiento desarrollados por un BCBA.
Recopilar datos durante las sesiones.
Enseñar habilidades funcionales y de comunicación.
Implementar estrategias de intervención conductual.
Colaborar con BCBAs y familias.
Completar documentación de manera precisa y profesional.

Requisitos:

Certificación RBT activa y vigente.
Español e inglés fluidos.
Experiencia con niños o individuos con autismo preferida.
Transporte confiable.
Licencia de conducir válida de Texas.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
Paciencia, empatía y profesionalismo.

Ofrecemos:

$20–$23 por hora según experiencia.
