Job Summary Under the direction of the Charge Nurse, Patient Care Manager, Director, and Vice President of Patient Care, the Registered Nurse administers individualized age‑appropriate patient care to the neonate, pediatric, adolescent, geriatric and adult patient according to the established nursing standards and Nurse Practice Act of Missouri. Education Graduate of an approved professional nursing program; BSN‑preferred Certification & Licensures Licensed to practice as a RN in the State of Missouri BLS Certification–required ACLS, PALS, & TNCC will be obtained within one year of hire Experience Experience consistent with the Professional Advancement Program Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills Able to collaborate with the healthcare team Benefits Comprehensive and affordable health coverage including medical, prescription, dental and vision – available on the first of the month after hire Saint Francis Medical Services Discount Earned Time Off (ETO) based on relevant years of work history.
